Upon leaving school, Francisco ‘Cisco’ Papica found his calling in a busy kitchen in the Philippines where he worked as a porter, impressively outlasting many of his colleagues. Surrounded by talented chefs and delightful creations, his adoration for cooking and creating led him to gain crucial cooking experience and subsequently kickstart a profound career. This passion and talent now manifests itself in the foundations of Ciscoe’s – a Norwich-based Pan Asian and sushi restaurant dedicated to serving creative and mouth-watering dishes from all across the Far East.
